The requirements of the secondary mortgage market are constantly changing due the challenging times in the world of real estate finance. The recent market correction necessitated many revisions to the way that residential appraisals are prepared to meet the changing regulations of banks and government agencies.
Our company has a staff of appraisers that are knowledgeable regarding the preparation of appraisals meeting the new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) format. Our residential appraisers have completed formal training sessions on this new industry standard.
We can prepare residential appraisals on the wide variety of forms that lenders may need specific to the loan collateral being dealt with. This may range from a (2075) inspection report to a detailed Real Estate Owned (REO) appraisal with “as is” and “as repaired” values based on various marketing scenarios.

- 2-4 Family Residential (FNMA 1025)
