Residential Private Party Appraisals

Residential appraisals are often requested by private individuals for various reasons including private sales transactions, family purchases, gift tax purposes, insurance cases, evidence of value for senior-care facilities (Medicare applications) and other reasons.

Each assignment is dealt with on a case by case basis. Our appraisers are familiar with the concerns of private individuals who do not regularly deal with the ordering of appraisals.
